More rumbles on Russia's borders. (I remember some grumbling when Condi was being considered for State, to the effect that she was a Russia expert and didn't have background in the Middle East. Hmmmm. . . . it doesn't seem like such a bad idea to have a Russia expert running the State Department.)
Bhutan wants some democracy too.
