How to daven with small children. I picked up a lulav and etrog on Monday for a friend with an infant, and we took turns holding a slightly fussy baby while she tried to figure out when she would have enough energy to get to shul this week and whether to take him in the sling or the stroller.
Sultan Knish and friends went hunting for "the first moon after the Day of Judgement. The first true moon of a new year." (I wrote here about how visceral some Jewish rituals are; Kiddush Levana is another one.)
