I Have Heard the Future of Rock 'n Roll, and It Sounds Like "The Right Brothers"
A group called the Right Brothers (TRB) has released a tail-kicking three-minute raver called "Bush Was Right." See it here. Check out the lyrics, which include:
Ted Kennedy -- wrong!
Cindy Sheehan -- wrong!
France -- WRONG!
Zell Miller -- RIGHT!
I don't see this hitting heavy rotation on MTV anytime soon. Why doesn't Fox News start a video countdown show?
And by all means go to TRB's website and read the lovingly posted hate mail the group gets -- free speech in action. Who knew a bouncy little song with its main riff echoing "Ring Around the Rosie" could get folks so riled up? I wonder if any of the mail came from the Dixie Chicks.
