Latest Kesher Talk statistics
16,000 visits in 2 weeks. That's about 1150 visits a day. From 92 countries, Argentina to Venezuela. (Check out the pretty maps on the lower right sidebar.) Two months ago we averaged 2000 visits a week.
Thank you my esteemed co-bloggers (on your right), PJ Media, Memeorandum, and Truth Laid Bear.
(I had to buy $100 of extra bandwidth this month; if you feel like contributing, the tipjar is on your left, and we will all be very grateful! In fact, I will take my hard-working NYC co-bloggers out to dinner.)
Another stat: As of today Kesher Talk has posted 2239 entries since the beginning of 2004. You all have posted 2212 comments since the beginning of 2004. The low ratio of comments to postings reflects the fact that we have not had a particularly active comment community, for whatever reasons. But soon the number of comments will equal the number of posts. Which is some kind of milestone.
I zeroed out Site Meter on July 30th, 2005, right after Kesher Talk migrated to Movable Type. On our anniversary in 10 days I'll let you know how many total visits we have had in a year.
