Dawn rises over the city that never sleeps
Absolutely rocking dawn earlier this week. Very fuschia pink, all over the east. I tried to catch it on snapshots from some of the traffic cams, but most of them don't point east or at the sky. You can get an idea from the reflection in the water:

This is facing the wrong direction, but it's so purty . . . .

Educated guess on the first image: The FDR drive, looking north from the northernmost reach of Carl Schurz Park (c. 91st St.) toward the 103rd St. Footbridge?
