Hekmatyar still at large
Unfortunately, we have to correct a previous post - the terrorist arrested in Afghanistan several days ago is NOT Gulbuddin Hekmatyar. Darn.
I had already started writing something lachrymos about what a shame that Ahmad Shah Massoud didn't live to see this happen . . . . . given that Massoud's assassination kind of touched off the 9-11 era, neutralizing his old nemesis Hekmatyar on or near 9-11 would be some kind of poetic justice.
