And how did you observe UN Day?
Kesher Talk reader and invited guest blogger who keeps making excuses for not posting Alex Bensky reminds us that Tuesday was UN Day.
. . . . How did you mark the occasion? I did so appropriately.
First, I just wasted a lot of money. Then I happened on a scene where a crime was in progress but I just shook my head, muttered, "They shouldn't do that," and went by. Finally I insulted some Jews. I would have stolen some money but the opportunity didn't present itself.

Gosh, Alex, thanks for reminding me. The daily doings of the UN are so important to me that I completely forgot about posting this until the next day. I can't wait for UN Day in 2007!

It's not "making excuses," Judith, it's a level of computer literacy that is somewhere south of "rudimentary." I'll be in touch soon to try again if you can give me explicit instructions in very simple language.
I used to think it was just right-wing nuts who said "Get the UN out of the US and the US out of the UN."
