Hummus

Apropos of this week's topics.... a comment found at Jewlicious:

Non-Zionists - enjoy hummus.

Anti-Zionists - also enjoy hummus but can’t stop thinking - between bites - that the Zionists stole hummus from Arabs along with their land and other cultural artifacts.

Or is it the other way around?

I'm sure that comment has some kind of meaning in a universe somewhere. Just not this one. Or am I ever supposed to have connected hummus and Israel in my mind? because I hadn't. No doubt they eat the stuff. So do I. Which proves what?

Cinnamon's posts, and NYC Ben's, and Benjamin K's, reduce me to helpless giggles at their fatuity. This one simply puzzles me by its pointlessness. Guess I'm just not in the target audience (:>).
