Cindy Sheehan vs Gathering of Eagles in Central Park
Kesher Talk roving correspondent Pamela Hall videoed the face-off between Cindy Sheehan's motley crew and the the Gathering of Eagles in Central Park on Sunday. (Our previous Cindy episode took place in midtown Manhattan.)
GofE were told to stay away from Cindy (I guess she had a permit and they didn't ) but that didn't slow them down - they chanted from the sidewalk:
"War freed the slaves.
War saved the Jews.
Anti-war racists go home!"
Cindy ran the gauntlet of jeering GofE protestors as she left the park in the rain.
"Casey is a hero,
Cindy is a zero."
