Grim Milestone Watch: 9 Weeks Until Election Day
Since the mainstream press -- recently called the Flatline Media by a brilliant blogger -- loves its "grim milestones" for war casualties, Kesher Talk will start its own version today, Tuesday, nine weeks before Election Day. Our Grim Milestones on the road to Political Gotterdammerung will assess who's having the grimmest time on the way to the thrill of victory or the agony of defeat.
Today, the Grim Milestones are raining down on Obama and Biden, who still haven't figured out how to respond to McCain and Palin. Political momentum shifted rapidly to the GOP and is staying there. Of course that can change, so perhaps next week McCain and Palin may be floundering.
